TRAINING PROGRAM

This program is designed for 3 types of players:

Developing Players: Those who are relatively new to the game and not yet ready for competitive match play.

Advanced Players: Those seeking additional coaching with Coach Michael, provided it aligns with their current team schedule.

New Club; Those seeking a new challenge at a new a club for different reasons

Players are grouped by ability, ensuring top-level athletes train with players of similar skill and receive guidance from our most experienced coaching staff. This structure allows every participant to develop in an environment best suited to their current level and goals.

Program Details

  • Training Frequency: 3 sessions per week
  • Program Length: 11 months per year, offering consistent, long-term development
  • Program Goal: To enhance each player's individual technique and skills while introducing them to our professional training philosophy. As players progress, they may be invited to join our academy team and train under our elite coaching staff.
